Nothing says that you are young at heart like wearing this modern high/low hemline gown. Its ruched bust is support by a tie back halter strap and its empire waist cinches just below the bust, but then elegantly drapes and cascades in long layers down the front of the organza gown in order to provide you with ample room and lots of movement as you dance and mingle.
